500 g of sirloin cut into thin strips
3 tablespoons of sesame oil
6 cups (hot) of beef broth
1 plate (as a side dish) of thinly sliced carrots
1 plate (as a side dish) of broccoli florets
4 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 packet of instant seasoning Ajinomoto®
2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
500 g of sirloin cut into thin strips
3 tablespoons of sesame oil

1 plate (as a side dish) of broccoli florets

Heat the sesame oil and combine with the beef
Let it brown and add 1 cup of hot beef broth
Reduce heat and cook until the strips are tender
Add the carrots and 1/2 cup (hot) of beef broth and cook for 5 minutes
Add the broccoli florets and another 1/2 cup (hot) of beef broth, cooking for an additional 5 minutes
Stir in the soy sauce and Ajinomoto® seasoning
In a separate pan, heat the flour and add the remaining broth
Cook for an additional 2 minutes and serve with the beef
Adjust the salt to taste.
