Season the pork tenderloin and cut it into small, well-trimmed pieces
Sprinkle the pieces with the garlic and red wine mixture
Wrap each piece with a slice of bacon, securing it with toothpicks
Heat olive oil in a skillet over low heat
Then, add the bacon-wrapped pork bites (up to five at a time), stirring with a skimmer
