1 3/4 cup of orange juice

1/2 teaspoon of marjoram
1/2 teaspoon of caraway seeds

1 cod fillet (1 kg)
1 orange, peeled and segmented

Step 1: Cut the cod fillet into five pieces
Place a slice of orange on each piece
Step 2: Mix together the orange juice, herbs, soy sauce, and salt
Temporarily season the cod with the sauce, cover it with aluminum foil, and refrigerate overnight
Step 3: Preheat the oven to medium temperature
Bake the cod for 1 hour or until cooked through
Remove from the oven and let cool
Step 4: Place the cod covered in aluminum foil back into the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until golden brown
Step 5: While the cod is baking, mix together the cornstarch and orange sauce in a small pan over medium heat
Stir constantly until thickened
Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
