Spread the flour on a smooth surface and make a hole in the center
Add the oil, rum, and yeast
Mix well and start kneading the dough
Gradually add the warm water, kneading well until you get a smooth dough that doesn't stick to your hands
Let it rest for 15 minutes
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 5 mm and cut it into 60 thin strips of 8-10 cm in length
Shape each one into a ring shape, either with or without filling
In a large frying pan with plenty of hot oil, fry the biscuits (four to five at a time) for 30 seconds
In another frying pan, bring the honey and wine to a boil and cook until they foam and bubble
Gradually brush the biscuits lightly with this mixture
