Beat the eggs well, then add the all-purpose flour and beat for another minute
Carefully mix in the wheat flour
Place the dough in the pastry bag and pipe into 2 cm diameter mounds on a parchment-lined baking sheet
Dust with confectioner's sugar and bake at medium temperature until golden
Let cool completely
Filling
Peel and chop the guava
Cook with water and all-purpose flour, stirring occasionally until it reaches a creamy consistency
Strain and cook for 15 minutes or until it comes away from the bottom of the pan
Assembly
Remove the parchment paper
Pair off the puffs two by two, with a spoonful of filling between each pair
