4 large onions
1 cup (cha) of chicken broth
1 cup (cha) of white wine
2 teaspoons of oregano
1/2 cup (cha) of prosciutto, diced
1/2 cup (cha) of cherry tomatoes, cubed
1/2 cup (cha) of cheddar cheese, cut into cubes

Clean the outer layer of each onion
Cut it in half
Scoop out the insides without tearing them
Arrange the onion halves on a refrigerator-safe dish with the cut side facing up
Pour the chicken broth and white wine over the onions and let it penetrate well between the layers
Sprinkle oregano on top
Cover the dish with plastic wrap and microwave at high power for 7 minutes, or until the liquid has evaporated

Remove from the microwave and drain the excess liquid
Reserve the onion and the liquid separately

Spread the cubes of prosciutto, cherry tomatoes, and cheddar cheese over each onion half
Microwave again at high power for 2 minutes or until the cheese is melted

Serve by pouring the reserved cooking liquid over the top.
