Season the fish with salt and garlic and refrigerate for at least one hour
Heat olive oil in a pressure cooker and sauté the onion
Add the tomato, green pepper, and carrot
Add dendro oil and red pepper flakes
Arrange the fish fillets and shrimp on top
Pour in the vegetable broth, close the pressure cooker, and cook for seven minutes after the start of the pressure
Remove the pressure cooker, open it, and sprinkle with cilantro
Serve immediately with rice.
