Slice the onions very finely and toss them in melted butter or margarine, allowing them to caramelize
Sprinkle with flour, mix well, then add hot water and white wine
Let it simmer for one minute
Cut the beef into thin slices and dry them in the oven
In a pyrex dish, layer beef and grated Parmesan cheese mixed with Mozzarella cheese
Pour the contents of the pan on top and bake in the oven for half an hour
