1 cantaloupe melon

Cut the melon, preferably a cantaloupe, in half
Remove the seeds and, using a spoon, scoop out some of the pulp, leaving a 2-centimeter border
Remove the seeds from one quarter of a watermelon and also make balls with the spoon
Fill each half of the melon with the balls of the two fruits and garnish with a small bouquet of fresh mint
Dress with watermelon juice and serve.
