Carefully peel the tangerines to make the baskets
Blend the pulp in a blender and strain it
Place the liquid obtained in a pot, along with the gelatin, and heat until the gelatin dissolves
Remove from heat, add sugar, white wine, and Mandarinetto
Fill the tangerine peels with the mixture and refrigerate until firm
Serve in 4 portions.
