Cut the puff pastry into squares measuring 9.5 x 9.5 centimeters
Mold them into tartlet shapes and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C until golden brown
Unmold and let cool completely
In a bowl, mix together the cooked sweet potato, sausage cubes, green beans, corn, and mayonnaise
Fill the fritters, sprinkle with salsa, and serve immediately.
