2 cups of all-purpose flour, sifted
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2/3 cup of mayonnaise
2 tablespoons of prepared mustard
4 tablespoons of water
For the filling
2/3 cup of cooked prosciutto, diced
2/3 cup of black olives, pitted and sliced
3 to 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise

Preheat the oven to a high temperature (220°F)
Sift together the flour and salt
Add the mayonnaise, mustard, and water
Mix well
Place the dough on a floured surface and roll it out into a rectangle, 30 cm x 36 cm
Cut the dough into squares of 6 cm
Combine all the filling ingredients and mix well
Place 1 tablespoon of filling in each square, dampen the edges slightly and fold to form a triangle
Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown
Make about 30 tarts.
