In a refractory dish with a lid or an oven-safe dish large enough for 1 liter, combine the tea leaves, orange peel, ginger, cinnamon, and rose petals
Cover with aluminum foil
Steep in a low-temperature oven (150°C) for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon
Transfer the mixture to an airtight container and close it tightly
Store in a cool place for at least one week
Packaged in wooden boxes, wrapping the tea leaves in laminated paper

The tea should be infused according to the following ratio: 1 or 2 tablespoons of the mixture per 6 cups of boiling water
