1 measure of Benedictine
1/2 measure of lemon juice
1 cup of brut champagne
Cucumber peel
1 measure of Benedictine
1/2 measure of lemon juice
1 cup of brut champagne
Chill a beer glass in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to cool it down
Wash and thoroughly dry a cucumber
Cut a long strip of peel, approximately 1 cm wide, and place it in the glass
Pour in the Benedictine and lemon juice
Slowly add the champagne
Stir gently
Let it sit for a few minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
