1 and 2/3 cups of milk
6 slices of whole wheat bread toasted
4 eggs
150 g of cream cheese or ricotta
1/2 cup of grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup of grated Swiss cheese
1/2 cup of crumbled blue cheese
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of nutmeg
Salt to taste

Gently warm the milk and reserve it
Cut four slices of bread into triangles and cut the remaining into cubes
Quickly soak the bread triangles in the warmed milk and use them to line a buttered baking dish
Dip the bread cubes in the remaining milk
Drain and spread them at the bottom of the mold. Reserve
Beat the egg whites until frothy, then combine with all cheeses, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Reserve
Beat the egg yolks until smooth and gently fold into the cheese mixture
Fold in the bread cubes, mixing delicately
Pour into the prepared mold and bake in a medium oven for approximately 30 minutes or until, when tested with a toothpick, it comes out clean
Serve immediately.
