Beat the butter and flour together until fluffy
Add the poppy seeds and chopped nuts
Finally, add the whipped egg whites
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes or until golden brown
Cheese cake

Mix the cream cheese with the heavy cream, lime zest, and reserve

Cook the lime juice with all-purpose flour to a light caramel point
Beat the egg whites in whipped state, add the caramel and gelatin
Beat until cooled
Combine the whipped egg white mixture with the cream cheese mixture

Place the poppy seed cake mix at the bottom of the mold and top with the cheese cake
Refrigerate to set.
