1 dry coconut

In a blender, blend the coconut, ricotta cheese, and condensed milk
Continuing to blend, add the eggs, coconut milk, cow's milk, sugar, cream, and butter or margarine
Pour the cream into a refrigerator greased with butter and place it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees
Bake until golden brown
Let it cool down afterwards
Sauce:
In a pan, melt the sugar and add water
Mix until you reach the sauce consistency
Spread the sauce over the cheesecake and let it chill.
