1 tablespoon of unflavored gelatin
1 1/2 cup of water
1 bottle of Damascus diet jelly (350g)
7 egg whites, well chilled and stiff

Soak the gelatin in cold water
Place it in a warm water bath to dissolve
Combine the jelly and beat until smooth
Beat the egg whites until they are stiff and firm
When ready, add the mixture of jelly and gelatin and mix carefully
Pour into a glass container and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes
If desired, before placing the mixture in the glass, apply a small amount of jelly to the inside of the glass for decoration
Serves 4-6 portions.
