Soak the beans for 12 hours
Then, cook them in a pot with water for 20 minutes, starting from boiling
In another pot, heat the olive oil with cumin, paprika, and black pepper
Next, add the onion and beef and sauté
Add the drained beans, tomato paste, salt, black pepper, and beer
Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes
If the stew starts to dry out, add more water until the beans are tender
Let the chili rest for 10 minutes before serving
