4 cups of finely chopped cabbage
1 kg of broccoli separated into florets
4 cups of green corn (canned or 5 ears)
3 cups of water
3 cups of vinegar (preferably, from the garden)
1 cup of red or green bell pepper, finely chopped
1 cup of finely chopped onion
1 cup of parsley
2 tablespoons of mustard in powder form
1 tablespoon of mustard in fine powder form
1 tablespoon of salt

In a large pot, mix all the ingredients
Let it simmer and cook slowly for about 30 minutes
Put into sterilized jars
Close and process in a water bath for 30 minutes, for 1/2 liter jars, and for 20 minutes, for 1/4 liter jars
Make 6 half-liter jars.
