In a large pan, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat
Saute the onion and garlic until softened
Add the chuchu and shrimp
Cook for two minutes, stirring occasionally
Add the fish stock cube and water
Simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the chuchu is tender
Season with parsley to taste
Serve.
