Dissolve the chicken broth cube in boiling water
Add the chuchu and cook for 15 minutes, or until it's tender
Place the chuchu with the cut side facing up in a refractory mold
Arrange a strip of melted cheese on top of each half of the chuchu
Cover with snow-white egg whites
Dust with paprika and bake in a preheated oven until golden brown
Bake for 4 times
Suggestion: Serve with meat, chicken, or fish.
