1 tablespoon of oil
3/4 teaspoon of mustard powder
1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
3 red finger peppers (optional)
1 cup of natural yogurt
1 fresh coconut, peeled and cut into pieces
1/2 clove of garlic
2 tablespoons of lime juice
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 teaspoon of salt

In a blender, combine the yogurt, coconut, onion, garlic, lime juice, salt, and cumin
Reserve without blending
Grind the oil with the mustard and cinnamon powders
When the mixture starts to bubble, add the peppers
Remove from heat immediately and blend well until the coconut is shredded
Serve at room temperature.
