2 medium chicken breasts

2 cans of tomato-based sauce (meat-free)
1 medium onion, diced
1 clove of garlic, minced or crushed
1/4 cup soy sauce or 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon oregano
1 tablespoon mustard
1 dash paprika

Cut the chicken into pieces
Arrange the pieces in a single layer in a well-greased baking dish
Mix the sauce ingredients in a small bowl
Place the sauce over the chicken pieces, spooned evenly, covering all the pieces
Bake in a hot oven for about 1 hour, or until the chicken is tender
Serve with sides.
