Bring the milk and confectioner's sugar to a boil and let it rise
Simmer slowly for 5 minutes
Beat the chocolate with a spatula at your fingertips until it is well chopped, for a few seconds
Without disengaging the motor, add the milk mixture gradually
Beat for a few more seconds
Scrape the sides with a spatula and beat again for 5 seconds
Let it cool and use to cover your preferred cake
Use approximately two and one-third cups or 37 tablespoons (of soup)
