A base for your toast, feel free to use any variety. You can top them with:
3 cooked egg yolks
3 tablespoons of butter or margarine
1/2 teaspoon of curry powder
1 pinch of salt
Mix the eggs and butter together until you get a uniform mixture. Add the curry powder and salt. Top your toast with it, garnishing with a cherry tomato in the middle.
