Preheat the oven to 180°C (medium)
Grease a 25 cm diameter cake pan with butter and reserve
Melt the butter and sugar in a blender until smooth, then add the eggs one at a time, beating for about 2 minutes or until the mixture is light and even
Gradually add the flour mixed with yeast, alternating with milk and vanilla extract
Remove the bowl from the blender and add the whipped egg whites
Mix delicately and pour into the prepared cake pan
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the dough comes out clean
Remove from the oven, let cool, and remove from the pan
