1 large coconut

Grate the coconut
Make a smooth sauce using 1 cup of water and sugar, then add the grated coconut, cloves, and cinnamon
Bring to low heat, stirring occasionally until thickened
Remove from heat
Beat the egg yolks and add to the coconut mixture
Return to heat and cook, constantly stirring until the mixture comes away from the sides of the pan
Serve cold
Then serve with a glass of Port wine.
