Drain excess water from coconut
Cut open and remove shell
Leave the dark skin on
Cut into thin strips with a vegetable peeler
Spread evenly onto a baking sheet so that the strips do not overlap
Bake in a preheated oven (200°F) for 10 minutes
Dust with salt and serve as a snack to accompany drinks
