Fry the garlic and bacon in olive oil until golden brown
Add the frog legs, tomatoes, and bay leaves
Cook at high heat until boiling, then reduce heat and simmer for 40 minutes or until the frog legs are tender
Do not let the sauce dry out; if necessary, add water to form a broth
Remove the frog legs and bay leaves from the pot
Let it cool and pull apart
Put back into the pot and serve hot
