1/2 kg of pork loin, cut into strips
1 bunch of broccoli
4 carrots
3 fillets of anchovy
2 tablespoons of wheat flour
2 cloves of garlic, minced
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1/2 cup of white wine
1/2 cup of hot water
Salt and black pepper to taste
1/2 kg of pork loin, cut into strips

Salt and black pepper to taste
Chop the broccoli and carrots into cubes and set aside
Mash the anchovies until they form a paste and set aside
Coat the meat strips with flour, making sure they're well coated
In a skillet, sauté the garlic in olive oil
Add the meat, let it brown as well, and then add the broccoli and carrots
Stir delicately
Add the mashed anchovies and white wine, and simmer for 1 minute
Season with salt and black pepper
Cook by adding hot water gradually until the meat is tender
If needed, add more hot water.
