2 kg pork loin, cut into 2 cm cubes
1 1/2 cups Karo
1/2 cup hot catchup
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 garlic clove, minced
4 thin strips of orange zest, finely chopped
juice from half an orange
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 teaspoon mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
a few drops of Worcestershire sauce
a few drops of hot pepper sauce
2 kg pork loin, cut into 2 cm cubes

a few drops of hot pepper sauce
Place the seasoned pork cubes in a lightly greased baking dish and bake at moderate heat for 45 minutes
While that's cooking, mix the remaining ingredients in a pan and simmer slowly for 5 minutes
Drain the excess fat from the pork and pour the warm BBQ sauce over it
Bake for an additional 45 minutes, basting occasionally with BBQ sauce
Serve hot with toothpicks on the side, allowing each guest to spear their own pork cube.
