2 rabbits cut into pieces - 2.5 kg
120 g of smoked bacon, cubed
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 large onion, chopped - 170 g
1 piece of ginger about 2 cm long, peeled and finely chopped
2 tablespoons of wheat flour - 20 g
1 cup of chicken broth - 240 ml
1/2 cup of heavy cream - 120 g

1/2 cup of heavy cream - 120 g
Fry the bacon until it's golden brown and crispy
Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside
Season the rabbit pieces with salt and black pepper
Fry the rabbit pieces in the bacon fat over low heat until they're tender and cooked through
Remove the rabbit pieces and place them in a serving dish
Leave only 3 tablespoons of fat in the pan
Add the onion and ginger and fry until they're golden brown
Add the flour and cook, stirring for 2 minutes
Add the chicken broth and heavy cream
Cook, stirring until it thickens slightly
Add the rabbit pieces and fried bacon
Serve with boiled potato
