3 cups of milk
1 1/4 cup of wheat flour
1 spoonful of salt
1/2 cup of fat
2 spoons of jabuticaba jelly
1 spoonful of chopped parsley

Wash and dry the rabbits
Cut into pieces
Mix in the eggs, 1 cup of milk
Add wheat flour (1 cup) gradually
Add salt
Stir well
Dredge the rabbit pieces in this mixture and fry in fat until they're golden brown for about 15 minutes
Reduce heat and continue cooking the rabbits for another 40 minutes, turning them frequently, until they're tender
To make the sauce, remove the rabbit pieces from the pan, dissolve the remaining flour (1/4 cup) in the remaining milk and add to the pan slowly, then stir well
Cook until it thickens slightly
Season to taste
Serve over the rabbit and garnish with jelly and parsley
Serve 8 portions.
