In a pan, combine all the ingredients
Bring to a boil and let it simmer
Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes
Strain into a bowl and let it rest in the refrigerator for one day
Serve the mushrooms as seen in the photo or arranged on lettuce leaves
