In a medium-sized bowl, combine the flour, yeast, milk, and sugar
Mix well until the yeast dissolves
Add the eggs, butter, vanilla extract, and mix until it becomes homogeneous

Make a depression in the middle of the dough and add the raisins
Mix well and reserve
Grease the Pascal dove shape mold with butter and pour in the reserved dough
Cover with a kitchen towel and let it rest for an hour or until it grows

Preheat the oven to medium temperature for five minutes and bake the dough for one hour or until it lightly browns
Remove from the oven and let it cool
When it's cool, dust with sugar and decorate with almonds.
