3 cups of oats 1/2 cup of toasted almond flour
3 tablespoons of flaxseed oil
1 cup of whole wheat germ
4 cups of milk or buttermilk (with vanilla flavor)
1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
3 tablespoons of honey
1 cup of water or apple juice
2 tablespoons of dried cranberries
3 tablespoons of dehydrated apricots
3 tablespoons of chopped walnuts

Mix all the ingredients together, excluding the dried fruits in a large bowl
Grease a baking dish and preheat the oven to 350°F
Spread the mixture evenly and bake for 90 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes until golden brown
Remove from the oven and let it cool down
Add the dried fruits and enjoy your meal.
