How to Fry Steak

  • 1

Fry steak at a very high temperature, using butter or margarine or oil. Use a small amount of fat and add more as it dries out. Fry each steak individually to prevent juices from escaping. Fry them just before serving, as they tend to dry out when removed from the heat. It's best to season the steaks after frying with salt and pepper to avoid losing all the juices.
