    Form pickles into "kebabas" that are skewers with three types of pickles. Spear the skewers onto ham sandwiches (one "kebaba" per sandwich), or spear various ones onto a large orange covered in aluminum foil. Experiment with different combinations: Black olive without pit cubes of ham and onion. Carrot - ham - onion. Onion - cubes of yellow cheese - half a green olive stuffed. Garnish the plate with black or green olives, without pit, as if it were a vase having raw carrot sticks or beetroot in the center. Always try to make use of the colorfulness of vegetables to give the festive atmosphere to dishes.
