100g of cooked prosciutto, diced
1 finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley
1 egg
1/2 can of green cornmeal
300g of ground beef
1/4 cup of wheat flour
salt and black pepper to taste
4 hamburger buns
4 tablespoons of mustard
8 leaves of lettuce
1/2 small cucumber
100g of cooked prosciutto, diced

Mix well the prosciutto, onion, parsley, egg, green cornmeal, and ground beef
Add flour and season with salt and black pepper to taste
Shape eight flat hamburgers, brush with oil, and grill or pan-fry on both sides until golden brown
Cut the hamburger buns in half and toast slightly
Brush with mustard
Wash the lettuce leaves and let them drain well
Peel the cucumber and cut into thin slices
Place a lettuce leaf and some cucumber slices on each hamburger bun half
Assemble with another hamburger bun half, and serve 8 burgers.
