1 cup of orange-lime juice
2/3 cup of white grape seedless raisins
1 tablespoon of lime zest
1 watermelon with approximately 5 kg
A pinch of salt

Peel the watermelon and cut it into chunks
Discard the seeds
Place the fruit in a large saucepan and simmer for 30 minutes
Add the remaining ingredients and let it cook for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until the watermelon is well cooked and with little liquid left
Serve warm
To garnish, make flowers using the fruit rind and a cookie cutter.
