Mix the yeast with a little sugar in a bowl
Add the milk, eggs, salt, melted butter, remaining sugar, and flour
Mix well
Work the dough, cover it, and let it rest until it rises
Cut into 25 pieces, shape into balls, and flatten slightly
Poke a hole in the center and let it rest for another 15 minutes
Heat oil in a deep frying pan to medium-high heat
Fry the donuts until golden brown
Place the donuts on paper towels to drain excess oil and reserve
