Mix the flour with a pinch of salt and one tablespoon of sugar
Distribute the butter (or use margarine if you prefer) in small pieces, incorporating it into the mixture
Now add the egg and mix very well
Take a 9-inch tart pan with a removable bottom
Place the mixture in the pan and press it down as much as possible at the bottom and sides
Fruit of your choice and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
