1 1/4 cups of unsalted butter

100g chopped nuts not too fine
3 tablespoons of rum

Beat the butter, eggs, and honey until it forms a foam
Mix the whole wheat flour with the yeast and cocoa powder
Add to the previous mixture
Add the nuts and rum
Place in an English-sized loaf pan well greased and floured (30cm long)
Bake in a moderate oven (180°C) for about an hour, at the bottom of the oven
If it starts to get too dark, cover with aluminum foil
It's done when, inserting a toothpick, it comes out clean
Serve warm.
