300 g grated fresh coconut
1 and 3/4 cups unsalted butter
15 slices of pineapple

Mix the grated coconut and unsalted butter over low heat
Cook until a soft caramelize forms
Cut each slice of pineapple into three equal parts
Gently moisten each pineapple strip with milk and arrange in a baking dish lined with greased aluminum foil
Distribute the caramelized mixture over each pineapple portion and bake in a medium preheated oven until golden brown
Serve warm or chilled.
