Gently soak the creamy raisins in the cream and reserve
Beat the sugar with the softened butter until light and fluffy
Add the egg yolks and beat well
Combine the heavy cream without serum and the seedless raisins, mix delicately and place a layer of this cream in a refrigerator
Cover with a layer of creamy raisins and repeat the operation until all ingredients are used up
Finish by completing the refrigerator with a layer of creamy raisins
Garnish with granulated chocolate
Cover with plastic wrap (without touching the creamy raisins) and refrigerate for 2 hours and 30 minutes
