200 g of mildly bitter chocolate, chopped
1/2 cup whole milk (120 ml)
1/4 cup unsalted butter at room temperature (50 g)
1/3 cup confectioner's sugar (60 g)
3 eggs lightly beaten
1/4 cup all-purpose flour (30 g)
4 small balls of vanilla ice cream (200 g - to serve with)

In a 20 cm diameter bowl, mix the chocolate and milk and microwave at high power for 3 minutes or until the chocolate melts
Remove from oven
Add remaining ingredients and mix with a hand mixer (whisk) until smooth and creamy
Return to microwave at high power for 2 minutes or until creamy in the center and firm on the edges
Let it cool and serve with sorbet
