Crush the biscuits and mix with butter to form a crumb mixture
Line the bottom and sides of a 24-centimeter diameter removable pan with the pastry dough
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 10 minutes
Let it cool
Filling
In a saucepan, mix butter, cocoa powder, condensed milk, and whole milk
Heat over low heat, stirring constantly until it comes away from the bottom of the pan
Remove from heat and well-mix the cream without serum
Let it cool and place on top of the pastry dough
Refrigerate to set
Decorate with chocolate balls.
