4 tablespoons of honey
1 piece of 3 cm ginger, peeled and sliced
4 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 can of pear in syrup, cut in half (480g reserve the syrup)
6 open cardamom pods
3 pieces of cinnamon sticks
4 oranges-pears without skin or pulp, cut into 1cm thick slices
10 slices of crystallized pineapple, cut in half (320g)

In a large saucepan, over medium heat, combine the honey, ginger, lemon juice, pear syrup, cardamom, and cinnamon
Let it simmer for about 15 minutes
Add the pear, orange, and pineapple
Cook until the fruits are tender (about 5 minutes)
Strain into a bowl and let cool
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 hours
Serve in portions.
