4 tablespoons of water
1 can of heavy cream
2 egg whites

In a saucepan, combine the pineapple, lime juice, orange juice, and sugar
Bring to medium heat, stir, and let it come to a boil
Let it cool and blend in a blender with the hydrated gelatin dissolved in hot water
Mix in the heavy cream and fold in the egg whites gently
Distribute into cups and refrigerate until set.
